[TriEmbed] Does my Raspberry Pi LoRa modem board look ready to send off to OSHPark?

Oops. one correction, as I think I didn't know what you meant when you 
said "dots".  Those are vias, solder-pad-like features that just create 
an electrical connection between layers on a PCB.  In this case, they 
are indeed shielding.
