[TriEmbed] window shopping (a PS to NOT buy)

I have a Rigol DP832 triple power supply and I quite like it. I haven't 
looked at the power on transient, though. I'll see if I can look at it 
when I get home.

Programming is pretty easy. Simple SCPI interface via either USB or network.
