[TriEmbed] Segger J-link or ???

 Several people I know have been happy with the Black Magic Probe: https://1bitsquared.com/products/black-magic-probe
Supposedly it can debug any ARM device with JTAG or SWD.
I've never used it myself, though. I swear by Segger Jlink boxes - they are rock solid, though not cheap. I've got one you can borrow if you like, let me know.

I looked into re-purposing the programmer sections on my MBED boards. The STM ST-Link can be flashed with J-Link lite, but can only debug STM chips. I don’t think the FRDM can debug external chips.
The “EDU” version of the Segger J-Link is about $70. I guess that’s not bad. Is there a cheaper or better way?
