Very nice blurb.
Two comments. Where it says "The impedance of tantalum capacitors 
remains in the hundreds of milliohms above 10khz", the knee shown by 
figure 1 is obviously at 100khz, not 10khz.
Also, there isn't any mention of the effect of DC bias on capacitance 
<http://www.murata.com/en-us/support/faqs/products/capacitor/mlcc/char/0005> 
with high dielectric constant caps.
