Two comments. Where it says "The impedance of tantalum capacitors
remains in the hundreds of milliohms above 10khz", the knee shown by
figure 1 is obviously at 100khz, not 10khz.<br>
<br>
Also, there isn't any mention of the <a
href="http://www.murata.com/en-us/support/faqs/products/capacitor/mlcc/char/0005">effect
of DC bias on capacitance</a> with high dielectric constant caps.<br>
