[TriEmbed] Schematic Challenge

That's because this is OR gate (looks a lot like 7432.)
First problem I see is both inputs are labeled A, should be A & B.
Another problem is missing lifting diode between Q7 and Q8.
And finally, missing are clamping diodes on both inputs, but that might not
be a big deal.
