[TriEmbed] Dash FCC info and model corrections

Oh.

So the August 23 date is for *more* IoT buttons. I wasn't paying proper 
attention. :-)

Based on what I know about FCC type certification if it says JK76PL, it 
is the same as a Dash rev 2.
