[TriEmbed] Hackable Amazon Dash Buttons today $0.99 for Prime

The default setup is that it prevents a second order until the first one
has shipped. This should prevent duplicate orders.

What upsets me about this is how it encourages even more wasteful shipments
than typical usage of Amazon Prime. These are things that we used to buy
during our weekly shopping trip, using a modest amount of gas for a carload
of things. Now we get individual packages shipped multiple times a week.
