[TriEmbed] PowerFet SOIC8

Robert,

While Pete did all of the PCB layout, he was targeted the two SOIC FETs
that I selected. I picket those two parts (IRF6201 and IRF9310) because
they did not have exposed heat pads. I was looking for the best bang for
the buck (Very Low Rds) without a thermal pad. Please let me know if you
see something on the data sheet that makes it look like there is a thermal
pad.
