[TriEmbed] PowerFet SOIC8

I just checked the roughly 600 SOIC8 packaged logic level FETs at 
Digikey. About a dozen (mostly Fairchild, one ST) have power pads that 
would have to get a dab of tape on them to safely sit on the via. 
However the one Fairchild part I checked has incompatible pinout.

Thanks for flagging this.

I suspect there will be 10 reasons to spin/fork the board by this time 
next month.
