[TriEmbed] PowerFet SOIC8

I put the pull-down resistor and a handful of vias into the board as 
Shane recommended. The vias are tricky, as you have to name them with 
the same net name as the name of the copper flow polygons, but then if 
you do a "rip up" they get optimized out.

I'm going to order some of these today. If OSH Park has not slowed down 
I should have them in hand a few days before the next meeting.
