[TriEmbed] Driving 32 5v relays

Everyone is trying to help, and that is good, but please look at the specs
of this board, which is what he already has:

It has both transistors and opto-isolators, ready to go... ;-)

It is active low, so all that needs to be done to turn on a relay is to
provide a ground path for the LED to sink the couple milliamps (1k resistor
in series with the LED and connected to 5v supply).
