[TriEmbed] STM32Cube for VS Code - Community supported development environment

This came across my email and I thought it could be a consideration for
folk's projects: a combined STM32-Cube IDE with VS-Code, and support for
mixing CLang/LLVM ARM with GNU ARM cross-compile toolchains. Live sampled
watch variables are a plus too.
