Rodney,

I bought one from this site:
https://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/0.html?orderId=8148637035440640
It came with a plastic case (kind of) that works fine. It also has both
cables and I was able to choose between TN LCD or an IPS LCD. I went with
the IPS. It was a little more expensive a couple of bucks but has a nicer
display.
I paid a total of $44.79 which included shipping and it arrived exactly 13
days after I ordered it, from China.
I fired it up and it works great. Keeping the resolution to the default I
had to change the overscan settings to:

overscan_left=-36
overscan_right=-36
overscan_top=-40
overscan_bottom=-40

There's a little problem with the aspect ratio, but I'll work on that
another time.

After that, the screen fit correctly. The only issue, though minor is that
when you touch the screen and move your finger it creates a box on the
screen in the direction you are moving a window, but then disappears after
you remove your finger.
This isn't a big issue and may be fixable in some config settings on the
RPi.

Another thing I noticed is that the RPi began complaining about the power
supply being too low in voltage. This was odd because my supply is rated at
3A/15W which should be enough for the RPI 3.

Hope this helps anyone looking to buy one of these.

~Carl
