[TriEmbed] Eagle frozen at 9.6.2? (and fix on Linux)

I don't have much stuff in Eagle your mileage may differ, but why not just
import your Eagle files into KiCad?
It's not all that difficult. I've seen a few videos on YouTube about how to
do it along with a few caveats.
