[TriEmbed] recording Jitsi

The Q&A below suggests recording Jitsi sessions is straight forward.
Can anybody translate this into terms of our current use of Jitsi for
TriEmbed meetings? Is it feasible for us to use this with an expectation
of reliability and practicality? If it would involve a fee to the folks
running the server we're using now for a QOS (quality of service)
agreement, does anybody know how much would it might be?
Does anybody have a sense of how many folks could be in a Jitsi meeting
as we've been using it before the services cry uncle? My attendance has
been too unreliable for me to have a sense of whether, for instance, 15
is OK but 20 seems to be too much (if there have been 20).
Are their third party Jitsi service providers out there with definite
QOS guarantees?
Finally, last year the strong rumor was that Firefox played better with
Jitsi in terms of resource consumption as well as seamless operation
compared to other browsers. Is there any data about this out and about?
