[TriEmbed] RARSfest cancelled

I’m pretty sure RARS can’t reschedule because of competition for the fairground space.    Also, it may be a while before an indoor gathering will be tolerated.  Not sure about CARY hamfest what with social distancing and all.  It’d be better than RARSfest’s venu for the purpose though.
