[TriEmbed] Need 1 or 2 MOSFETs

Hey, does anyone have any MOSFETs I can get from you?  I'm looking for a
low turn-on voltage (3.3V or 4.5), max D-S voltage of 20V or more and a D
current of at least 10A.

This is the part that I am replacing:

(IRL7843 VGS 4.5V, VDS 30V, ID 160A), but the circuit is not that demanding.
