Very kind words, and I thank you!  But I'd be remiss not to direct some 
of the appreciation toward Shane Trent, who has also been active in this 
thread (he's the one that first mentioned that the switching element on 
the fan circuit needs to be rated for the full 120VAC).  And anyone else 
who's contributed and whose name didn't pop out at me as I was looking 
through the thread history.

I'll try to make it to February's meeting!
