[TriEmbed] best tool for automagic interaction with USB serial ports

One footnote. The TI debug probes also have a
ATTRS{serial}=="0000:00:14.0" output from udevadm, so the Arduino USB
chip is missing a second, unique ID serial attribute.  The chip is
unmarked but I assume it's a CH340.
