Hi Mike,
I have no experience "dead-bugging" (turning the part over and hand wiring) BGA's.  It would be very difficult to hand solder at that pitch with that many connections and get the external high-speed interfaces to work.

Do you have a PCB layout and work with BGA soldier assembly? How do you work with IMX6SLCEC if not? You don't soldier to the pins with discrete wires, do you?

Just curious... thx!

Hi Guys,
I have some extra NXP i.mx6 Arm A9 processors (1 GHz).  They have DDR3, 10/100 Ethernet (MAC), USB 2.0, and lots of other fun things.  I am selling them for $10.

I also have some NXP LPC810M021FN8FP ARM Cortex M0 processors (30 Mhz).  These parts are in a cute 8 pin DIP package.  I am selling them for $2.

All merchandise is still in the original distribution packaging untouched and includes free delivery to the next TriEmbed meeting.  :-)

Thanks!
Kevin
