Assume Seeed finally called it quits on whoever their "manufacturer" was.
I'll look for another source.

If you're still interested we can discuss at up coming meeting. I'm still
very interested in the dual RF stack on the chip: WiFi + BLE.

First of all, thank you for your great support to preorder the item ESP-32S
Wifi Bluetooth Combo Module, SKU: 114990772.
However we are sincerely apologizes to inform you that we have to cancel
the ESP32 orders and proceed the refund.
As we know, the planned shipment has been delayed for quite a long time. In
fact it is out of control for the chip supply because the problems stem from
the chip original manufacturer.
Considering we could not offer a certain shipment date to our users, it'd
be better to cancel the orders and refund to you. Another reason is we have
received many cancellation request too.
Big apology for all the troubles!
We are going to cancel the orders in the coming 48 hours. You will receive
a notification email of the cancellation from our system.
The refund will take 7-15 working days to reach your account. If you have
any question for the refund, pls don't hesitate to contact us.
