[TriEmbed] rarsfest tables

Alex,

I've talked with Pete and am organizing 3 tables total for TriEmbed.  Two
of them will be the end of the island, and the third coming up one side. I
don't know how that area is being subdivided, but TriEmbed is the anchor
point for the rest the groups' tables.
