I think getting a good no clean flux pen and soldering the leads would be a
good way to clean them up after you bend them back into shape.

SRA #312 Soldering Flux Pen Low-Solids, No-Clean

or

Kester 951 Soldering Flux Pen Low-Solids, No-Clean

Or a flux like

ChipQuik Flux No Clean Tack 10cc

I think these will eat off the oxide and you will tin the leads at the same
time

also

The only caveat is you might want to make sure the flux really does not do
harm by cleaning after.

These no clean fluxs are supposed to be safe, but you might want to wash
off the flux with a flux cleaner if you are paranoid which I tend to be. I
have seen a flux eat the copper traces of a board when left on for months.

Micro Care Mcc-Pro Proclean Cleaner For Rosin & No-Clean Fluxes??

Cheers,
