[TriEmbed] jerryco/sciplus surplus barcode scanner

If you go to their site they offer a 10% coupon for an initial purpose, 
so I guess technically $4.50.

I get the impression this may be the guts of the Intermec Antares T2400 
scanner, or at least searches seem to closely couple it with the E1022 
engine offered by Sciplus.
