[TriEmbed] Need help with a beginner circuit design

Dave,

You can do all three of these things with separate 555 timers. Where the
voltage is high you may need to switch the voltage with a relay or a mosfet
(Probably why Pete asked about the voltage and current requirements). All
of these thing seem to require some sort of oscillator which the 555 timer
is perfect for, you will just need to change the timing of the circuit
depending on the frequency needed.
