[TriEmbed] Nice I2C pullup tutorial

The page below was mentioned in the latest "Amp Hour" and as this 
subject comes up at meetings frequently I thought some might find it 
handy. The nice part is you can work through the whole thing and 
understand just how to calculate needed parts accurately and/or 
understand "you can't get there from here" scenarios such as with too 
long cable runs, or you can read the short and sweet last paragraph and 
get on with your life with one less thing to worry about for the dead 
common use cases.
