[TriEmbed] 2.0mm pitch female connectors

Brian,

Pololu Robotics sells male and female 2.54mm connectors and a crimping tool you could use to put new connectors on the motors' wires. I've been using it for awhile and have found it awesome for building modular and serviceable robotics and electronics projects.
