[TriEmbed] Content and format for February 9 meeting @ NCSU

I got nothing back from my proposal to focus the next meeting on 
teaching software/hardware to kids. So, apart from having the pixelating 
party, what are we going to do? It would be nice to get something lined 
up in time to start spreading the word at the robotics meeting.

The Feb 9 TriEmbed meeting is back in EBIII (same room as robotics will 
use). We'll be back on the easier side of the campus starting in March.
