[TriEmbed] further vector discoveries

while searching around for vector MAME resources, I came across yet
another project - this one's based on an STM32F407 Discovery board
($15): http://tubetime.us/?p=291

It's definitely cheaper, since it has 2 DACs built in. However, you may
need additional drive circuitry as it doesn't output negative voltages.
I have no experience with STM32, so this would be more of a 'hope it
works' project for me.
