[TriEmbed] anybody speak ISO 14233:2?

This is "Radiofrequency identification of animals --- Advanced 
transponders <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_14223>". Any pointers to 
open source reader/writer code/hardware that can do anti-collision 
(formerly known as collision detection) would be appreciated. This is 
not a hobby-related activity, but the intent is to make very inexpensive 
technology relevant to animal research freely available as a side effect 
of me getting my daughter through university.
