Hi Bill,
Ralink Tech, Corp. is in Taiwan.
And there are lot of distributers of Ralink in China.
I am a graduate student in NCSU. (I am from China. And my research is also related to embedded system.)
If you want, I can help you to order some Ralink RT5350F from China.
