[TriEmbed] TPS63031 breakout board Testing - initial thermal data points

At an output current of .8 amps the chip hits about 100C in 2 1/2 
minutes and the converter starts shutting itself off (i.e. the guts of 
the chip have hit 140). I also did one with a load asking for a full 
ampere. The converter ran at about 2.7-2.8 volts,  delivering .8 amps. 
This is in still air at 23C.
