[TriEmbed] NCSU is open on the 11th

Hi Shane,
    Good question. According to this link 
<http://www.ncsu.edu/human_resources/employment/closings.php> the 
university will be open as usual on the 11th. When they scheduled the 
reminder of the room assignments for the year they would have flagged 
this for sure if the place was closed.
   But this does remind me to request reservations for January and some 
later meetings before it's forgotten again.
   Also, while doing admin, I have to mention that I might not be able 
to get to the meeting on the 11th. I'll hopefully have this clarified by 
early next week at the latest.
