[TriEmbed] web site updated

The web site at http://triembed.org has been updated with links to do 
with Shane's August 12 presentation at NCSU. The links for slides and 
notes are there and a video link will be added when it becomes available.

A few "resource" links were added to do with things mentioned during the 
meeting. I should point out that the "makefile" described at the meeting 
is only relevant to someone using an Apple or Linux operating system.

Also, one more reminder that the next meeting at Splatspace is August 
24th this month, not the 17th. See the web page above for additional 
details (map & link to Meetup page for this meeting).
