The conference mike needs to be as close as possible: a better arrangement of chairs was called for. The problem last month was the monitor remote was missing and it took a long time to get things sorted out and we were left with too little testing/confirmation.</span>

And thanks to Forge folks' help we can leverage the big monitor and it's camera so the video can be highly effective too. </span>
