<div dir="ltr"><div>From the label, it looks like a brushed motor which would be much easier than a DC brushless motor however brushed motors only have two wires, the third may be a sensor wire to the control circuitry in the laptop could change the speed of the motor.</div><div>With that said, you would just need a 5V DC supply to power it. future experiments and wonder what sort of control I need for it's
three wire motor connection? Here's the label on the outside. The
DC resistance between any two pins with any polarity is much
higher than I would have expected: thousands of ohms. <br>
