Found this earlier today. I haven't gotten it to work with my $80
tablet (which is dog-slow, by the way, but is working as a PDF
reader). But it does work on my HTC 816 phone running 5.0.2
("Lollipop") with a powered hub (tested with a v3 Nano):<br>

It isn't clear this is a direct port of the IDE distributed from
arduino.cc. It has a large footprint .<br>

The same Russian guy offers an "Android commander" that is a monitor
interface. I haven't had a chance to try that.<br>
