The pull down makes perfect sense. Duh, I don't really know if that
solder pad has plated through holes from the top to the bottom
annular ring. Thought about that, but didn't worry about it. But
apart from that, a handful of vias would be obviously useful (i.e.
obvious now!)<br>

the static state is off. Does it need any vias to tie the top

read a clear explanation about how to size them and where to
