                  This position is at our Durham research laboratory,

                  The North Carolina Research Triangle features a low
                  cost of living, a nationally-ranked public school
                  system, as well as three world-class research
                  universities (Duke University, the University of North
                  Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina State

                  based design with some VHDL modules• Desire experience
                  with Real Time video processing, filters, general
                  logic analysis• Test Automation, Bench testing and
                  Simulation• Experience with smart Camera design
                  desirable - High speed IO (Camera Link, LVDS, RS422,
                  USB 3.0, GigE)• Experience in real-time embedded
                  system software design, implementation and testing
                  Strong experience in C (C# , C/C++), embedded OS’s,
                  and high level languages such as Matlab• Strong
                  foundation in mathematics and signal processing, and
                  designing for performance• Excellent problem solving
                  skills• Excellent oral and written communication
                  skillsEducation:• Bachelors with 5+ years’ experience
                  or Masters with 2+ years’ experience in Electrical
                  Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field For
                  U.S. employment opportunities, Teledyne Scientific
                  & Imaging hires U.S. citizens, permanent
                  residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents.
                  Temporary residence does not include those with
                  non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas),
                  such as students in practical training status.
                  Exceptions to these requirements will be determined
                  based on shortage of qualified candidates with a
                  particular skill. Teledyne Scientific & Imaging
                  will require proof of work authorization. Any offer of
                  employment is conditioned upon the successful
                  completion of a background investigation and drug
                  screen. The work described in this position is ITAR
