pointers to open source reader/writer code/hardware that can do
anti-collision (formerly known as collision detection) would be
appreciated. This is not a hobby-related activity, but the intent
is to make very inexpensive technology relevant to animal research
freely available as a side effect of me getting my daughter
through university.<br>
