<div dir="ltr">The actual presentation begins at 7pm, but there is pizza and drink available in the lobby starting at 6pm until the meeting begins. Everything looks consistent to me - the warning was just to stay out of the scheduled room until 6:45 as that is when our reservation for the room begins. There may not be a class there tonight, but since we don't control what happens until 6:45, we have to assume someone is there and ask meeting attendees to stay in the lobby (enjoying the pizza and drink) until 6:45.<div>
