[TriEmbed] TFI - Looking for input

Hi all,

We, at the Forge, are submitting a grant proposal "letter of intent" this
week. The bulk of it is figured out. However, we'd love to get some final
info to help us tune it.

impressions about AI use in our community ASAP - LOI goes in on Friday.
