[TriEmbed] Microsoft releases new virtual machines so you can download Windows 11 for free

Be aware that these are limited-time evaluation copies of Win-11, and will
expire in 90 days.

A better bet is to load up on the $129 Win-11 license, VSCode, your
favorite virtualizer (VMWare, Virtualbox, etc), Ubuntu or Fedora in the VM
again with VSCode in the VM. It may take you longer to configure, but at
least it won't expire in a couple of months.
