If you are not aware of Humble Bundle, you pay what you want, and the money
raised goes to charity.  In this case Morgan & Claypool Publishers have
made a bunch of books available for electronic download, and the proceeds
help support BuildOn, a charity whose mission is to educate illiterate
women around the world.  Different incentive levels get you different
numbers of books, but in this case $18 gets you all 21 books.
