[TriEmbed] Best esp32 board w a few constraints

Ah, I see the title in the amazon listing is confusing - I went by the
image in the listing. Note the boards pictured have dual 2x10 headers (2x10
on each side), which is characteristic of the esp32 version of the board.
The esp8266 has only 1x10 on each side.
