[TriEmbed] IBM Extends Marketing Feature Size

Not a 2nm feature to be found. But as we see from the tables and descriptions, the whole subject of feature size has been soft for some time since the advent of 3D transistor designs. But I couldn't help chuckling to see that this 2nm transistor has a 10nm channel.
