[TriEmbed] Triangle local resource for ISO 7637-2 and 16750-2 testing?

There is a UL Lab right here in Raleigh, We used to use them for a variety of testing. Not sure if they do exactly what you need.

Can anyone recommend a local (ish?) resource for ISO 7637-2 and 16750-2 testing? These are tests for tolerance of conducted disturbances via power lines for electrical devices installed in an automotive environment.
