We are having our monthly IEEE ENCS R&A meeting on Dec 2nd, 2019 at 7:00pm
(6:30 pm for pizza) in 2240 NCSU Engineering Building 3.  The topic will be

*"Tools, Techniques and Training To Rework Complex Electronics - IPC
Designers Council Local PCB Hardware Resources - By Bob Doetzer".  *Bob
Doetzer, a highly experienced person in the hardware industry will present
about ways of dealing with today’s complex electronics.

Bob Doetzer is President and owner of Circuit Technology Inc., which
belongs to Local IPC Designers Council, is a North Carolina Corporation
founded in 1994 and headquartered in Holly Springs with annual sales of @
$6 million.  CTI has two primary business units, sales of equipment for
electronic assembly and training for certification in electronic industry
standards. Circuit Technology trains over 1000 people a year from all over
the US and internationally.
