Just one extraordinary 10 year old.

We'll be swapping out RoboRED boards for these new boards. But the 
reality is we'll be swapping back and forth while porting all the 
software. I don't expect this to just drop in and play nicely with all 
our stuff. And we may abandon the Arduino runtime  and make the jump to 
FreeRTOS. But in either case I'll have my two RoboRED boards back for 
other use!

Your RoboRED boards are so much better than Unos it's hard to enumerate 
all the improvements and extra features. Being able to flip a switch and 
go from a five volt to a 3.3 volt system is just amazing.
